Gujarat Seva Setu Program – Gujarat Chief Minister Shri Vijay Rupani today launched Seva Setu Scheme. The Gujarat Government is going to implement two new schemes for the common-folk living in rural areas of the state named ‘Seva Setu’ and ‘Pragati Setu’. These schemes are going to be launched for the resolution of various issues at village level sparing them from the compulsion of visiting taluka or district headquarters.
Gujarat Seva Setu Program & Pragati Setu Program
Under this scheme, the Prant Officer of the taluka will organize minimum 2 camps will be organized on monthly basis for people of surrounding 8-10 villages. In these Camps, a committee of 13 officers will provide on the spot services such as income certificate, caste certificate, Aadhar card, ration card, creamy-layer certificate, widow assistance, land survey, to make new entry, Mukhyamantri Amrutam card and MA Vatsalya card etc to the people of that area.
Apart from this, the various departments’ officials under the chairmanship of District Collector at taluka level will organize seva setu camps to find an on the spot resolution regarding collective complaints/issues of the people of the area.
Gujarat Seva Setu Program Services
During the launching program of these schemes, Chief Minister Vijay Rupani said that the state government is going to implement the Seva Setu program for –
– solving the people-oriented problems
– making the administration more sensitive
– fast delivery of various government schemes and programs
These services will be provided to the people in the presence of taluka level officers of departments concerned.
